We weren’t created for easy! We were created for victory .
As soon I heard this statement , I got stirred up. Holy Spirit began to speak to me.
Life is never easy. Life as a Christian isn’t as well. As I mentioned in a previous post, a life surrendered to Christ is not a ticket out of the troubles in this world.
We weren’t created for easy but for Victory. What does it mean?
To be victorious you first have to be tested. The outcome from that testing is that you either win or lose. To be victorious is to be a winner.

So my question to you today is ; are you winning or are you losing?
Are you allowing the enemy to have leverage in your life or are allowing your Heavenly Father access to work in and through you?
Every battle is well a battle, it’s tough. it’s not rainbows and butterflies , it’s not waking up and eating pie all day long. It’s warfare, it’s being strategic in how to go about your day, it’s mentally preparing for what’s to come, known and unknown. How do you do that you may ask, It’s about putting your trust in the Lord.
In the battlefield, you don’t go up to your enemy and say, I’m not well today, maybe next week will be better to start this. The devil is not kind . He’s not going to have pity on you or your circumstances. He’s going to come at you with all that he’s got. But for you my friend; be reminded that all you’ve got is Christ and that’s more than enough, and in him you’ll always be victorious
“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”I Corinthians 15:57 NKJV
So how do we push past easy? How do go beyond the mindset of everything in life should be easy as a child of God. I honestly believe it’s a mindset and we need to do away with thinking that way. Yes somethings may seem to have come easily, but take a step back and re-evaluate, I’m sure you’ll come to realize that what you got was something you actually cried and prayed over for in times past , chances are you’ve even forgotten about it and then boom!!! it came, Because God is faithful even we aren’t. It’s about time and seasons as well. Every prayer you’ve prayed, He’s heard. It’s just that with the busyness of life and being on the battlefield we get caught up with many things. Yielding our sword. Holding up our shield . Dodging the strikes of the enemy. It’s a lot . It’s tiring . But the Lord is merciful and He is our strong defense against the wicked one.
God created us to be in the battlefield. He knew what would be needed and He provides . We need to come to that place of awareness. How do we get there? We need to spend more time with Him in the secret place so as to gain insight and wisdom on how to make our next move which He is eager to give to us.
If everything in life came easily, we would be walking around with no experience. There are many battles we’ll face , some done and some to come. Our experiences in life is what shapes and molds us. God uses of pain for our gain. What did the Lord bring you out of ? What battles did He shield you from ? What battles did He armor you up and say “Go Forth”? Release your faith and run.
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
II Corinthians 5:7 NKJV
The above scripture is such a powerful one. We profess it many times but do we truly walk by faith and not by sight. It’s walking into the unknown but putting your trust in the Lord as I mentioned earlier. Trusting that He will lead you , guide and steer you in the right direction. That no matter what you may feel, taste or hear as alarming as it may sound, as rough as it may feel and as bitter as it may taste, you’re headed in the right direction. You’re making the right moves because it’s the very moves the Lord wants you to make.
